This year’s conference, themed “Many voices, one mission: Advancing healthcare preparedness together,” brought together leaders from healthcare, public health and emergency management. Guided by attendee feedback from last year, the program reflected the priorities and real-world needs of Arizona’s healthcare community.
Attendees explored key topics including workplace violence, behavioral threat assessment, regulatory requirements, lessons learned and coordinated response. Sessions provided practical strategies to strengthen readiness, resilience and coordination across organizations.
Day two featured a focused deep dive into workplace violence and active shooter preparedness, equipping participants with tools to enhance prevention, response and recovery in healthcare settings.
