Hospital Emergency Response Team (HERT) Functional Exericise

Valleywise Health Medical Center – Maryvale Campus will be conducting an in person HERT Functional Exercise on March 27, 2025.
Space is limited so sign up as early as possible. After the selection process has been completed, AzCHER will send you further instructions regarding how to register for this CDP HERT exercise and other related information about the exercise. Individuals that have not been selected for the March 27th exercise will be saved for future courses.
Deadline for registration will be March 20, 2025.
Each student must provide their own PPE (HERT) including protective suit, hood, PAPRs, boots and gloves etc…. Please check your equipment before arriving to the training.
Valleywise Health will not be providing any PPE equipment.
Students will follow the CDP and Valleywise Health code of conduct throughout this exercise process.
In the future, ACHER will be conducting HERT training programs throughout the state of Arizona. Dates and locations will be determined at a later time.
